New Account Service
As a new customer, we want you to be up and
running quickly. We'll help you through the initial set up,
install your camera towers, and show you how to start using your service to
manage all your construction projects. Setting up your service
is quick and easy - here's what we'll do together:
- Create and configure your account and secure ePlanIt Project
Manger™ site
- Add users, managers, superintendents, subcontractors, clients,
and projects
- Create user groups and permissions to control access to any part
of your site
- Create schedules based on templates or design your own
- Install cameras on your jobsites and show you how to access them
online
- Set up and deploy labor tracking devices to all appropriate
workers
- Optional participation in a two day training class for up to 3
people at our facility
Training Options
We offer a variety of training options to suit
our customer's individual needs. Our goal is to get you
familiar with our products so you can begin saving time and money as
quickly as possible. From a basic overview of the ePlanIt
system to customization, our instructors will tailor course work and
material to guarantee that you can hit the ground running. By
the time you complete your training your team will have the all the
knowledge necessary to operate your ePlanIt system successfully on
your own.

Our training instructors will come to your
facility and conduct a two day training class designed specifically
for your business. This option is ideal for organizations that
want more individualized instruction. We can even use your own data
as part of the class to get you up and running quickly. Many
customers find this to be the most cost-effective way to train
several users at once with one-on-one instruction.
We regularly schedule two day group training
classes at our facility. Classes are kept small so that all
participants can get personal attention from their instructors.
Training in our classroom setting is a great solution for
individuals or teams that don't need specialized instruction and has
the added advantage of meeting the ePlanIt technical staff. Also,
you are removed from day-to-day distractions of your office so you
can focus your energy on learning.
With ePlanIt's remote training your team can
interact with an instructor straight from their desk, at a time
convenient to them. Highly focused sessions lasting up two hours
will walk you through our services without the expense of travel or
excessive lost work hours. All ePlanIt Web-based sessions are
conducted via the Internet. Attendees are sent a confirmation
e-mail, which will include the URL for the course, password,
instructions on how to join, and the conference call details.
