OnTask,
ePlanIt's new mobile project management application is the first iPhone
and iTouch application designed specifically for the construction
market. Expanding our suite of construction management tools, this
new software simplifies budget management by tracking workers, tasks,
units, equipment, and materials in real time. A Crew's daily time,
project, task, and trade information can be entered manually by their
supervisor or when used in conjunction with ePlanIt’s
GPS Labor Tracking System collected automatically. Information
gathered directly from the field can then be compared to project budgets
to determine if individual tasks are ahead or behind of schedule.
Project supervisors can use the new OnTask software
to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Utilizing the iPhone’s
unique interface, supervisors can enter percent complete, daily logs,
and request materials and equipment. Data entered on the iPhone is
sent to your project website where it can be accessed by corporate
executives, owners, developers, and other OnTask users in your company.
The OnTask software can also integrate with
ePlanIt’s video camera
technology allowing jobsite cameras to be remotely viewed and
controlled in real time.
